Privacy policy

Last updated October 21, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Nysia collects when you visit this website or get in touch, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain English. If anything is unclear, email us at [email protected].

Who we are

This website is run by Nysia Agency LLC, a company registered in New Mexico, United States, doing business as Nysia, at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. We decide how and why the personal information described here is used.

We follow the privacy laws of the US states where our visitors and clients live, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). If you're in the European Union or the UK, you also have the rights described under the GDPR.

What we collect

  • When you send the contact form: your name, email address, business and website, the service you're interested in, and your message.
  • When you book a call: the details you enter in the booking calendar, such as your name, email address, the time you pick and any answers you give.
  • When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
  • When you browse the site: basic technical information our host records to keep the site running and secure, such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested. Unless you turn analytics off, we also collect information about how you use the site (see Cookies and analytics).

We don't ask for sensitive information, and we don't buy personal information from anyone.

How we use it

  • To reply to your message and prepare for your call.
  • To deliver our services if you become a client, and to send invoices.
  • To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
  • To meet our legal obligations, for example tax and accounting rules.

We won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We only share it with the service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need to do their job:

  • Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
  • Calendly, which handles call bookings and receives the details you enter when you book.
  • Calendly, which runs our booking calendar.
  • Google, for website analytics, unless you turn analytics off.
  • Our email provider, which stores the emails we send and receive.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute.

Where your information is stored

We and our providers are based in the United States, so your information is stored and processed there. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be transferred to the US.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that don't lead to a project: up to 3 years after our last contact.
  • Client records and invoices: for as long as the law requires us to keep them.
  • Analytics data: up to 14 months.

After that, we delete the information or make it anonymous.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • see the personal information we hold about you, and get a copy of it;
  • correct it if it's wrong;
  • delete it;
  • limit or object to how we use it;
  • turn off analytics on this site.

If you live in a state with its own privacy law, such as California, you also have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of your information. We don't sell or share personal information in that sense, and we won't treat you differently for using any of these rights. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal sent by some browsers.

To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We'll confirm we got your request and reply within 45 days.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't use advertising cookies. We only use:

  • Google Analytics, which uses cookies to count visits and see which pages are read. We don't use it for advertising.
  • A small setting saved in your browser that remembers if you turned analytics off.

You can turn analytics off at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, analytics stays off automatically.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and isn't aimed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.

Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to keep your information safe. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For important changes, we'll make it clear on the site.
